LOCATION Fernhill Heights is a small second home development situated between Lyme Regis and Charmouth. The properties have an added benefit of an on-site hotel with bar, restaurant, heated swimming pool and fishing lake. Numerous countryside walks and very friendly golf club are within walking distance or there is a bus stop nearby.

PROPERTY Deceptively spacious end of terrace 3 bedroom house, tastefully decorated and furnished in a quiet situation. KITCHEN is well equipped with washer/dryer, larder fridge, microwave, electric hob and oven. LOUNGE/DINER is a lovely airy room with comfortable sofas, dining table and chairs for 6 people. TV, DVD and music centre.

BATHROOM on the ground floor is a good size with WC, bath and shower over and basin. There is a further shower room on the first floor including WC. BEDROOMS The master bedroom has a double bed, as does the 2nd bedroom and 2 bunk beds in the 3rd - all tastefully decorated. OUTSIDE To the rear of the property is a garden with decking area equipped with table and chairs where you can enjoy countryside views. Ample parking. Duvets and pillows provided - tenants to bring/hire bed linen and towels. No smoking, pets by arrangement.
