Full oil central heating. The kitchen is fitted with all essential appliances including an electric oven, ceramic hob, microwave, fridge/freezer. TV with Freeview, DVD, radio, selection of books and games. Fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent.

There is private parking space for 1 car. Lawned garden with furniture. One well behaved dog is most welcome.

Cerne Abbas is a Dorset village dating back to medieval times. The village is best known for the 'Cerne Giant', the 180 foot figure of a naked man cut into the chalk and local facilities include three pubs, and a tea room.
