2 Grange Cottages is a terraced self catering cottage located in the village of Plympton St Maurice in the West Country, on the outskirts of Plymouth near Dartmoor National Park. This Grade II listed cottage sleeps two people in one double bedroom making it ideal for romantic self catering breaks. Characterful features of this cottage include exposed wood beams, low ceilings and a steep flight of stairs. There is also a sitting room with fireplace, kitchen and bathroom. There is no outdoor space with the cottage but the property is conveniently located in the centre of the village near a conservation garden. There are good walks from the doorstep including a walk up to Plympton Castle where you can enjoy views out over the village. Visit Saltram House National Trust property or Boringdon Hall for a taste of history. Or you may like to immerse yourself in some of the glorious nearby countryside, Grange Cottages is near Dartmoor National Park. Look out for ponies and enjoy the natural beauty of Dartmoor.

The cottage has efficient gas central heating, with additional heating from a gas fire in the sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. TV with Freeview, DVD. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Roadside parking. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minutes' walk. Please Note: There are two steep staircases to the second floor bedroom. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
