Situated in a rural location near to the North Devon village of Parkham, just six miles from Bideford, The Cottage is a wing of a farmhouse set on a working farm. The property sleeps up to 5 people and has 2 bedrooms: one double bedroom, one family room and a family bathroom. The cottage also includes a fitted kitchen and a sitting room incorporating a dining area and furnished with a wood burning stove. The enclosed lawned garden is provided with outdoor furniture and there is off road parking for 2 cars. Set in the beautiful countryside of a tranquil North Devon valley, the cottage is only a short drive from the beach and dramatic coastline of Barnstaple Bay. A little further will take you to Exmoor National Park and more stunning landscape. The Cottage is a great family holiday cottage.

Oil central heating, additional heating from a woodburning stove in the sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine. TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi Internet, selection of books, games and DVDs. Oil, electricity and wood for woodburner included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot and highchair. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Enclosed lawned garden to rear with furniture. One well behaved dog is most welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 5 miles, pub 1 mile. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
