Get away from it all in this comfortable rural holiday cottage. Located a few miles outside the Devonshire village of Lynton, Spring Cottage is a detached barn conversion situated in woodland seclusion. The property can accommodate up to 4 people and has two double bedrooms, as well as a family bathroom with corner bath on the ground floor. This cottage also includes a fitted kitchen with a breakfast area and a wood burning stove as well as a first floor sitting room with a door on to a balcony. The lawned rear garden is supplied with outdoor furniture. One well-behaved dog is welcome. There is off road parking for 2 cars. The North Devon coast with its dramatic coastal path and glorious sandy beaches offers great opportunities for walking and bathing, while nearby Exmoor National Park offers dramatic scenery. Spring Cottage makes a great holiday home for a couple or family looking to discover this delightful area.

Electric fires throughout, woodburning stove in kitchen/diner. Kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine. TV, DVD player. Electricty included in the rent. Fuel for woodburning stove available to purchase locally. Bed linen is included in the rent. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Lawned rear garden with garden furniture. One well behaved dog is most welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

Lynton and its twin Lynmouth are set within the Exmoor National Park in Devon and both offer shops and pubs. Wildlife is in abundance closeby and there are a number of activities including golf, horse riding, walking and surfing available. Attractions in the area include Exmoor Zoo, a cliff railway and the Owl and Halk Centre.
