Located in the village of Loddiswell in South Devon, just three miles from Kingsbridge, Orchard View is a first floor cottage. The property accommodates up to 6 people and has 3 bedrooms: one double bedroom, one twin room and one room with child's bunk beds, as well as a family bathroom. This cottage also includes a well-equipped fitted kitchen with a dining area and a cosy sitting room with a warming electric fire. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Guests benefit from shared use of an extensive garden with outdoor furniture and a BBQ. There is off road parking for 2 cars. Close to the dramatic landscape of Dartmoor National Park, the city of Plymouth and the south coast there’s no shortage of things to do. Booked along with its neighbouring cottage, Orchard View can sleep up to ten people in this lovely part of South Devon.

Electric storage heaters throughout with electric fire in sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, use of washing machine by request. TV with Freeview, DVD, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is private parking space for 1 car. Shared enclosed lawned garden with furniture and barbecue. One well behaved dog is most welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minutes' walk. Please Note: There is an unfenced pond in the garden, children and dogs to be supervised at all times. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
