Located in the Devon seaside town of Ilfracombe, 2 The Villa is an immaculate third floor apartment overlooking the coast. The property is suitable for up to 6 people and has two double bedrooms (one with an en suite) and a twin room, as well as a family bathroom. The apartment also includes a well-equipped fitted kitchen and a sitting room incorporating a dining area and a balcony with sea views. A short stroll down the hill will take you to the harbour and all of the town’s facilities. Ilfracombe offers a range of pubs, restaurants and activities for all the family from great beaches and coastal walks to the theatre and aquarium. A short drive will take you on to the coastal villages of Lynton and Lynmouth with its cliff top railway and boutique shops, or to the magnificent landscape of Exmoor National Park. 2 The Villa is a superb family holiday apartment situated right in the heart of this popular seaside town and a great base for discovering North Devon.

Full The cottage has efficient gas central heating with supplemental heating from an electric fire in the sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, washer/dryer. TV with Freeview, Bluray DVD. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Parking in Brookdale long stay public car park half a mile from apartment. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops, pubs and coast 2 minutes' walk. Please Note: The cost of the car park is approximately £20 per week, or between £2 and £3.10 per day depending on time of year. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

The town of Ilfracombe has three beaches on the North Devon coastline and is only a ten minute drive from Exmoor National Park. Ilfracombe's harbour and quay have many pubs, restaurants.
