Located on the outskirts of the village of East Anstey, close to the market town of Dulverton in Devon, this second floor apartment called Woodpecker Loft is set in the grounds of the Grade II listed Knapp House estate. The property sleeps 2 people in comfort and has one double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The apartment’s an open-plan living area includes a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a comfortable sitting area with exposed beams. There is and a shared rear patio with garden and furniture and off road parking for one car. Woodpecker Loft is one of 4 apartments within the Knapp House estate and is a perfect holiday base for exploring the lovely seaside villages of the North Devon coast and Exmoor National Park.

Full oil central heating. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio. Fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Ample off road parking. Shared extensive grounds with picnic tables and deckchairs. One well behaved dog is most welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 4 miles. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

East Anstey is a village set in stunning countryside. Just four miles away is the market town of Dulverton. Within the town is the River Barle, which flows under a Grade I listed, 3000 year old clapper bridge. Also on offer in the town are medieval streets, restaurants, pubs, gift shops and tea rooms. Further afield are the breathtaking Exmoor National Park, excellent beaches and the lovely villages of Lynton and Lynmouth.
