Situated on the edge of the village of East Anstey, close to Dulverton in Devon, Kestrel Lodge is a first floor holiday apartment. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms: one double with an en-suite shower room and a twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. The property also includes an open-plan living area including a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a beamed sitting. There is also a shared utility room. Outside, guests benefit from the use of a shared patio with garden and there is dedicated off road parking for 1 car. This property is set in a group with four other lodge apartments, which are also bookable. Kestrel Lodge is an ideal holiday home for visiting the Exmoor National Park and the wonderful North Devon coast.

Full oil central heating. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio. Fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Ample off road parking. Shared extensive grounds with picnic tables and deckchairs. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 4 miles. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?

East Anstey is a village set in stunning countryside. Just four miles away is the market town of Dulverton. Within the town is the River Barle, which flows under a Grade I listed, 3000 year old clapper bridge. Also on offer in the town are medieval streets, restaurants, pubs, gift shops and tea rooms. Further afield are the breathtaking Exmoor National Park, excellent beaches and the lovely villages of Lynton and Lynmouth.
