Nutcombe Farm dates from the 19th Century and is a grade 11 listed building. To the east of the farmhouse is a complex of high status farm buildings contemporary to the house which have been beautifully restored to provide three holiday letting properties. A further four arch stone wagon barn has been converted to a painting studio.

Nutcombe Cottages are situated on the edge of Exmoor National Park, the comfortable accommodation offers an escape for weekly holidays or short breaks September to May. Escape to this beautiful stretch of north Devon coastline and some of the finest beaches in the country. The village of Combe Martin, under a mile away, offers two small rock and shingle beaches with sand at low tide. Visit Exmoor National Park, the Tarka Trail, South West Coastal Path, Clovelly, Lynton, Lynmouth, Porlock, Woolacombe, Saunton, Croyde and much more.
