Located in the North Devon village of Chittlehamholt, Next Door is an end terrace cottage next to the 16th century ‘Exeter Inn’. The property sleeps up to 3 people and has one double bedroom, a folding bed and a shower room. The cottage also includes a well-equipped fitted kitchen and a sitting room incorporating a dining area. A private front terrace provides outdoor space and guests also benefit from shared use of a garden. There is off road parking for 2 cars. The cottage sits in the middle of wonderful Devon scenery, only a short distance from Barnstaple and the coastal resort towns of Bideford and Ilfracombe. Walkers will also love nearby Exmoor and Dartmoor National Parks. Large family may also like to book its neighbouring properties, with which Next Door can sleep a total of 14 people.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Electricity by meter reading, first £20 included in the rent. Bed linen is included in the rent. Cot and highchair. There is private parking space for 1 car. Bike storage. Private front terrace with furniture. Shared garden with lawn. One well behaved dog is most welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles. Pub 1 minutes' walk. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
