A charming country cottage in North Devon. Located in the village of Chittlehamholt, New Coach House is an end terrace cottage next to the 16th century ‘Exeter Inn’. The property sleeps up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms: one double bedroom and one twin room, both with an en suite bathroom. The living accommodation also features an open-plan living space including a fitted kitchen, a dining area and a cosy sitting area. The cottage has a private garden and off road parking for two cars. There’s so much to choose from nearby, the National Parks of Exmoor and Dartmoor, the lovely North Devon coast and the towns of Barnstaple, Ilfracombe and Bideford. This beautiful part of North Devon is ripe for exploration. New Coach House’s neighbouring properties can also be booked allowing up to 14 people to stay in close proximity - ideal for a large family.

Electric convector heaters throughout. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine. TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books, games and DVDs. Electricity by meter reading, first £20 included in the rent. Bed linen is included in the rent. Cot and highchair. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Bike storage. Private garden with lawn and furniture. One well behaved dog is most welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles. Pub 1 minutes' walk. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
