Located in the North Devon village of Chittlehamholt, Exeter Suite is a first floor apartment in the 16th century ‘Exeter Inn’. The property sleeps up to 4 people and has 2 bedrooms: one double bedroom and one twin room, both with en suite bathrooms. The living accommodation is further comprised of a fitted kitchen and a sitting room that includes a dining area. Guests enjoy use of a shared garden area. There is dedicated off road parking for two cars. The cottage is settled in wonderful rolling countryside, in close proximity to the North Devon coast and the glorious National Parks of Exmoor and Dartmoor. Larger families can also book its neighbouring properties, allowing up to 14 people to stay close together while exploring this beautiful part of North Devon.

Electricity by meter reading, first £20 included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot and highchair. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Bike storage. Shared garden with lawn and furniture. One well behaved dog is most welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 4 miles. Pub 1 minutes' walk. Please Note: If a customer books 7 nights at this cottage, they will receive a £20 voucher for the Exeter Inn pub/restaurant. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed. Stately home lovers will be spoiled and why not finish with a scrumptious Devonshire cream tea?
