Guests frequently comment on Webbery Barton Barn's ‘wow factor’.  Special features include a grand receiving/dining hall with a high vaulted ceiling.  This is a wonderful space for entertaining and also has a warming woodburning stove and inglenook fireplace.   There is a large hallway with an impressive oak staircase which leads to a galleried landing at the centre of Webbery Barton Barn.  In addition there is an impressive 34ft drawing room with comfortable leather sofas, a widescreen television with Freeview and DVD which leads through to the games room.  The games room is a great place to enjoy playing on the snooker/pool table and table football.  There is a generous kitchen/breakfast room with floor to ceiling folding doors which let in lots of light.  This room is perfect for informal entertaining and in the summer time you can open these doors to the charming cobbled courtyard where you can sit out and eat breakfast. The ground floor has oak flooring and underfloor heating throughout.  On the first floor there are 5 light and airy luxurious bedrooms with fresh white bed linen and towels (4 of these are ensuite).  There is also a large family bathroom with a roll top bath and shower.
