glorious sandy beaches at Instow and Westward Ho! Many other north Devon seaside resorts within easy driving distance such as Ilfracombe, Woolacombe, Croyde, Clovelly. There are many other local attractions including Dartington Crystal, RHS Rosemoor Gardens, The Milky Way and Big Sheep theme parks and Royal North Devon Golf Club all 5 minutes drive away. A boat trip to Lundy Island on the Oldenburg leaving from Bideford Quay is a great day out!

Good places to visit: Explore north Devon. Visit National Trust properties, tea shops for cream scones, various coastal resorts, Exmoor. Lots of places to visit in Devon including Rosemoor Garden, The Miky Way Theme Park, Dartington Crystal, Lundy Island, The Big Sheep. Even the Eden Project is suitable for a day trip.

Good places to eat: An enormous selection of lovely country pubs, restaurants, tea shops and more for Devon specialiities and treats. The Kings Arms Inn for good local beer and pub food.
