All fuel & power included in the rent. Bed linen & towels included in the rent. Cot & highchair on request. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Bike storage. Shared lawned garden with garden furniture, private patio area with garden furniture & barbecue (by arrangement with owner), large, shared paddock. One well behaved dog is most welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop & pub 0.25 miles. Please Note: There is an unfenced stream on site, children must be supervised at all times. Devon, with its quiet country lanes, patchwork of lush green fields and sleepy villages is not to be missed.
