A cosy cottage with stunning Derbyshire countryside all around. Located in the village of Youlgreave in the Peak District National Park, just six miles from Bakewell, Turret Cottage is a charming grade II listed terraced cottage. The property sleeps up to 5 people and has 2 bedrooms: one double bedroom, and one family room as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also includes a well-equipped fitted kitchen incorporating a dining area and a comfortable sitting room with an open fire. Guests have shared use of an enclosed lawned garden provided with outdoor furniture.
There is off road parking for one car.
Turret Cottage is an ideal base for exploring this wonderful rural area in the Midlands. There’s fantastic walking and cycling throughout the Peak District National Park, including the High Peak Cycle Trail. While you can also relax in the sedate surroundings of the magnificent Chatsworth House or Haddon Hall. There’s something for holiday makers of all persuasions to see and do.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV, DVD, Wi-Fi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for open fire included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Travel cot, highchair and stairgate available. There is private parking space for 1 car, additional roadside parking available. Enclosed shared lawned garden with seating area. Two well behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking.
