A romantic country cottage for two. Bretton Mount Cottage is a delightful, cosy studio cottage set in the hamlet of Bretton, only three miles from the village of Eyam in the Peak District. Set entirely across the ground floor, the property has an open-plan living and sleeping area including a double bed and a sitting area with patio doors to the outside, as well as a family bathroom and a separate kitchen. The lawned garden is provided with outdoor furniture and there is off road parking for 1 car. One well-behaved dog is welcome. Positioned right in the middle of the Peak District National Park, there’s no shortage of excellent walks and cycling tracks in the area. There are many historical sites in the area worth visiting, including the stately homes at Chatsworth, Haddon Hall and Hardwick Hall. Bretton Mount Cottage is a superb holiday home for a couple looking to explore this stunning area.

Full oil central heating. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator. TV with Freeview, DVD. Fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Lawned garden with furniture. There is private parking space for 1 car. One well behaved dog is most welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 3 miles. Pub 2 minutes' walk. Please Note: This property is not suitable for wheelchairs. The ultimate in “year-round” appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.

The village of Eyam in the Peak District is situated at the foot of Sir William Hill. The village offers Eyam Hall - a 17th century manor house with delightful gardens, craft shops and tea rooms. Bakewell, a market town is nearby, plus further afield are the caverns of Castleton, the spa town of Buxton and the stately homes of Chatsworth, Haddon Hall and Hardwick Hall.
