A lovely Peak District cottage that combines modern efficiency with period charm, its perfect for a romantic retreat or a small family holiday. Located on the outskirts of the village of Crish, seven miles from Matlock, Joseph's Cottage is a stone built, terraced cottage. The property can accommodate up to 4 people and has two bedrooms, consisting of one double bedroom and one twin bedroom, as well as a family bathroom. This charming cottage also includes a well-equipped kitchen and a sitting room with wood-burner that incorporates a dining area and retains exposed beams. The garden features a patio and is supplied with furniture and a BBQ. There is roadside parking. Joseph's Cottage is a delightful cottage that makes an excellent base for walking and discovering the Peak District. Also close by are several attractions including the Arkwright Mills, the market towns of Bakewell and Matlock and the stately homes of Chatsworth House and Haddon Hall.

The cottage has efficient gas central heating, additional heating from a woodburner in the sitting room. Kitchen with an electric cooker, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, flat screen TV, DVD, stereo/CD player/iPod dock, radio. Fuel, power and starter pack for woodburner included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cottage garden and patio with garden furniture and barbecue. Parking available on the road outside. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 1 min walk, pub 3 minutes' walk. Please Note: Cottage accessed via 4 stone steps.

The village of Crich in the Peak District offers many shops and pubs, plus a visit to the National Tramway Museum is a must. Walkers are well catered for with a number of walks from the village. Just seven miles away is the town of Matlock, which boasts shops, pubs, restaurants and Gulliver's Kingdom. Crich is an ideal base from which to explore and visit many attractions.
