A country cottage getaway in rural Derbyshire. Located half a mile from Buxton in the Peak District, The Como Apartment is a first floor apartment that’s ideal for couples. The property sleeps up to 2 people and has a twin bedroom, (which can be made into a double bed upon request), and a family shower room. The cottage is further comprised of a well-equipped fitted kitchen and a comfortable sitting room that incorporates a dining area. A shared garden area is supplied with outdoor furniture, allowing you space to sit and relax outside. There is designated off-road parking for 1 car. It’s a great base from which to explore the Peak District National Park, and bustling Buxton is a walk away with its grand Georgian architecture, famous opera house, shops and restaurants.

Fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is private parking space for 1 car. Shared garden area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and Pub 10 minutes' walk. The ultimate in “year-round” appeal, the Peak District offers countryside, picturesque villages and magnificent scenery. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.

The town of Buxton has something for everyone, including the Pavilion Gardens, the Opera House, the Great Stable and the Devonshire Dome, as well as shops, pubs and restaurants. There are many places to see close to Buxton, including; Chatsworth, Heddon Hall, the towns of Bakewell and Matlock, along with walking at Rushup Moor and the Peak District National Park. A delightful town, ideal at any time of year.
