302 Over Lane is an end of terrace self catering cottage located on the outskirts of Belper in Derbyshire. The accommodation at this welcoming self catering house sleeps 6 and includes an open-plan living area with seating area and open fire, dining area with woodburner, kitchen, three bedrooms and a large family bathroom. In terms of bedrooms there is a double bedroom with water bed, a single with pull-out bed and another double bedroom. One of the bedrooms enjoys views out towards Belper and the nearby countryside. The garden at this property is delightful with a patio, pretty pond, landscaped lawn and garden furniture. This cottage is well located for visiting the Lake District National Park so will undoubtedly appeal to keen walkers and nature lovers with a passion for wildlife. There is a golf course around 5 miles from the cottage and fishing is possible on the River Derwent (a permit is required). Day trips to the Yorkshire Dales National Park are possible from this location. One dog is welcome at this pet friendly Derbyshire cottage. There is private parking for three cars. This self catering cottage is a great option for family self catering breaks or walking holidays.

The cottage has efficient gas central heating with additional heating from open fire in sitting area and woodburner in dining area. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher. TV with Freeview, DVD, radio/stereo/CD, selection of books, games and CDs. Fuel, power and starter packs for open fire and woodburner included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Patio, pond, lawn with garden furniture and decked area with hot tub and bar. One well behaved dog is most welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 10 minutes' walk, pub 1 mile. Please Note: Due to the pond in the garden, children must be supervised at all times. It touches upon six counties and encloses 555 square miles of open moorland, flowing rivers, and wooded dales.
