A country cottage for two in a lovely location. Situated close to Ravenglass, Surprise View is a welcoming terraced cottage on a working farm. The property sleeps 2 people in comfort and has a ground floor super king-size double bedroom, (which can be provided as a twin room upon request), with an en suite shower room. The open-plan living area includes a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with an attractive wood burner. Guests may make shared use of mature gardens. There is off road parking for 2 cars. The west cost of Cumbria offers excellent bathing and the Lake District National Park is within easy reach. There’s stunning scenery to explore all around. Surprise View makes a perfect base for a couple, friends or walkers.

There is private parking space for two cars. Shared mature gardens with furniture. Sorry, no smoking. One well behaved pet welcome. Shop 10 minutes' walk, pub 1 mile. Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.

The village of Ravenglass is on the edge of the Lake District National Park, and is a coastal village, once a regular smuggling base. From Ravenglass it is easy to enjoy the National Park, the Ravenglass to Eskdale Railway, Muncaster Castle and the beauty of the surrounding lakes and mountains.
