A delightful coastal cottage formed from a former ship chandlers and set over three floors. Located in historic Maryport, a coastal town in Cumbria, Harbour House is a semi-detached townhouse with wonderful sea views. The property can accommodate up to 6 people and has 4 bedrooms: a king-size four-poster double on the first floor, and a further double bedroom and two single bedrooms on the second floor, as well as a family bathroom is on the first floor, with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The living accommodation also includes a well-equipped fitted kitchen, dining room, and a comfortable sitting room. There is a small rear yard providing outdoor space. Roadside parking can usually be found by the front door. Mayport has a deep-water harbour and modern marina, a bustling shopping centre, a weekly market, several beautiful Georgian houses, and houses the Lake District Coast Aquarium, a Maritime Museum and the Senhouse Roman Museum. The town is also excellently placed as a base for touring the nearby Lake District National Park or the Solway Firth. With all the town amenities within a short walk, the property is ideal for family or friends, Harbour House makes a lovely seaside base at any time of year.

The cottage has efficient gas central heating, electric fire in sitting room. In the kitchen there is a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer. TV with Freeview, radio/CD, books/games etc. Fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot and highchair available. Roadside parking available immediately outside front door. Tiny rear yard area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shops and pub 2 minutes' walk. Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.

Maryport is a coastal town in Cumbria, with a selection of Georgian buildings, a weekly market, aquarium, museums and leisure centre.
