(1 welcome) Water's Edge in the Lake District National Park is a first floor self catering apartment within an old mill which has been converted to offer self catering accommodation. Set in the small Lake District village of Garnett Bridge near Kendal, this apartment is located alongside a few other self catering cottages within the Longsleddale valley and offers comfortable accommodation for 2. There is an open-plan living area with seating, a dining area and a kitchen. There is also a double bedroom and a family shower room. This apartment benefits from the secluded valley location within the Lake District National Park and there are excellent hill walking opportunities nearby. The attractive market town of Kendal is just 10 minutes drive away. This apartment has a riverside setting and there is a shared garden area by the riverside where you can enjoy sitting out and taking in the views. Trout and salmon fishing is also possible at the river in season. Private parking is available for one car. Water's Edge is a delightful holiday home in the beautiful Lake District.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, tumble dryer and payphone in shared utility. TV with Freeview. Electricity included in the rent. Bed linen is included in the rent. There is private parking space for 1 car. Shared riverside garden area with furniture and barbecue. Two well behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3.5 miles. Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.
