(1 welcome) Borrowdale is a pet friendly wooden chalet set within the Lake District National park in the small village of Garnett Bridge near Kendal and accommodates up to 4 people in 2 bedrooms. Located within the secluded Longsleddale Valley in a beautiful countryside setting, this cabin offers the best of both worlds as the bustling market town of Kendal is an easy 10 minutes drive away. There is stunning countryside on the doorstep and also the Yorkshire Dales National Park is just 13 miles away. There is a living area with fitted kitchen, dining area and sitting area, a double bedroom, twin bedroom and family bathroom along with private parking for two cars. There is also a large garden with garden furniture and a barbecue. The cabin is near the river Sprint where it is possible to fish for trout or salmon in season. This quality self catering chalet enjoys a wonderful setting in a beautiful valley next to a river.

The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, washing machine, tumble dryer and payphone in shared utility. TV with Freeview. Electricity charged by £1 coin meter. Bed linen is included in the rent. There is private parking space for 1 car. Large garden area with furniture and barbecue. Two well behaved dogs are welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3.5 miles. Please Note: There are three external steps to the front door of this property. Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.
