A great seaside cottage offering access to the best of England’s north west. Located in the Cumbrian town of Grange-over-Sands, 1 Lingfell is the semi-detached wing of a Georgian house set in an elevated position overlooking the sea. The property sleeps up to 10 people and has four bedrooms: two double bedrooms and two twin bedrooms (which can be made into doubles on request), two of which have en suite bathrooms, as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also contains a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room and a spacious sitting room with a feature fireplace and great views. There is a private lawned garden and a patio area to the front of the property supplied with furniture and a BBQ. One well-behaved pet is welcome to accompany you. There is dedicated off road parking for one car with additional roadside parking available. The cottage’s great location offers access to Morecambe Bay, the National Parks of both the Lake District and the Yorkshire Dales. It’s ideal for a family holiday, discovering the amazing countryside of Cumbria, Lancashire and Yorkshire.

The cottage has efficient gas central heating throughout this country cottage with supplemental heating from an electric fire in the sitting room and dining room and electric underfloor heating in the kitchen.There is a gas hob for cooking, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 5 x TVs all with Freeview, 1 with Blue Ray DVD, Wi-Fi, library of books and games. All fuel & power included in the rent. Bed linen & towels included in the rent. Cot and highchair available. There is private parking space for 1 car and ample roadside parking nearby. Private lawned garden and patio area to the front with furniture and barbecue. One well behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shops and pubs 3 minutes' walk. Please Note: This property accepts a maximum of 8 adults and 2 children. Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.

Grange-over-Sands is set between the Lake District and Morecambe Bay and offers ornamental gardens, golf courses, brass band concerts and bird watching. Just a short drive away are Lake Windermere, Bowness-on-Windermere and Hawkshead.
