The property sleeps up to 6 people and has 3 bedrooms: two double bedrooms and one single room with a pull out bed, as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also includes a kitchen incorporating a dining area, a sitting room with a wood burner and a delightful summer room. The shared walled garden includes a patio, outdoor furniture, a barbecue and a summerhouse. There is off road parking for two cars.

The cottage has efficient gas central heating throughout with additional heating from wood burning stove in the sitting room.
In the kitchen there is a gas oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer. TV with Freeview, DVD, CD/radio, selection of books and games. Highchair. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is private parking space for two cars. Additional parking in local car park available. Fenced garden with patio, summer house, furniture and barbecue. Two well behaved pets welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 2 minutes' walk.

Cowan Bridge is a village between Southern Lakeland and the Yorkshire Dales. It has a Post Office/general store and is just two miles from the market town of Kirkby Lonsdale and five miles from Ingleton.
