A delightful Cumbrian seaside property, close to the Lake District National Park, that is full of character. Located in the coastal village of Allonby, overlooking the Solway Firth, Cove Cottage is a terraced cottage. The property is suitable for up to 6 people and has 3 bedrooms: a double bedroom with a four-poster bed, a further double bedroom, a twin bedroom, as well as a bathroom with bath, shower over, basin and WC. The living accommodation of the cottage is also comprised of a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room and a spacious sitting room with a gas fire. A small garden with a lawned area is supplied with outdoor furniture. There is off road parking for several cars, just a minute’s walk from cottage. Three well behaved pets are welcome to join you on your stay. With wonderful beaches, the Cumbria Coastal Walk and wonderful countryside and mountains to explore, Cove Cottage makes an ideal base for a holiday with family or friends.

The cottage has efficient gas central heating throughout, additional heating from gas fire in sitting room. The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer. TV, video, DVD, radio/CD player, library of books/games. Fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is private parking space for ample cars one minute walk from cottage. Small garden area with furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Three well behaved pets welcome. Shop, pub and beach 2 minutes' walk. Impressive mountains, open fells and clear-water lakes, the Lake District has it all. From walking in the mountains to exhilarating watersports or just a gentle cruise on a steam-powered yacht, Cumbria is the perfect holiday destination.

Allonby is a coastal village on the Solway Firth, with views towards Dumfries and Galloway, and the imposing landscape of the Lake District as a backdrop. There is a long sandy beach, and amenities including a shop and bar.
