Comfortable, tastefully furnished and well equipped three bedroomed cottage. Completely refurbished and modernised in 2005, this lovely cottage has a large living room with wood burning stove, squashy sofa's, TV with built in Freeview and DVD and a separate CD player. Well stocked bookshelves, games, puzzles and a large selection of DVD/CD's for you to enjoy whilst on holiday.

The light modern kitchen has everything you need for a self catering holiday. Ample cutlery, crockery and glassware. A double electric oven, electric hob, dishwasher, microwave and fridge with freezer compartment. The open plan dining area has a large farmhouse table which seats 6 comfortably. The sunny utility area houses the washing machine and separate dryer.

The utility leads to the downstairs shower room with shower, handbasin, loo and heated towel rail.

The raised decked patio area has a outdoor dining table with six chairs, and is surrounded by a well stocked herb border. A total sun trap, and a great place for 'al fresco' meals. The front garden has a small lawn surrounded by mature shrubs and rose bushes, and a large Cornish Palm tree in the centre. The BBQ, sun loungers and chairs are kept in the lockable garage, which is also a great place to store your bicycles, body/surf boards, golf clubs etc.

Lockable garage for storing bicycles, body/surf boards, golf clubs etc.

Upstairs are three bedrooms, the master bedroom has a kingsize (5') bed with bedside tables, ample wardrobe space with shelving and a dressing table. This room has dual aspect windows to the front overlooking the garden and to the side of the cottage. Curtains and bed valance in Laura Ashley fabric.

The green twin room has two standard single beds, bedside cabinet and wardrobe with drawers. Jane Churchill fabrics on the cushions and Roman blind.

The blue twin room has two single beds, standard 3' width but only 5'8" long, suitable for up to mid teens or under 6' adults! Ample wardrobe hanging space, a window overlooking the front garden and a large collection of children's books for bedtime stories. A Mothercare cot is provided (please bring own cot linen) We also have a highchair and stairgate, (fittings at bottom of staircase). All bedlinen provided is pure cotton and we have a combination of fibre fill or feather filled duvets and pillows.

The main bathroom has a cast iron bath (re-coated recently) with a hand held shower attachment. Washbasin, loo and heated towel rail.

Rosemary Cottage has full oil fired central heating, but during the winter months and on cooler evenings the wood burning stove in the kitchen warms the cottage very quickly.

The weekly rental price includes all hot water, central heating, one basket of logs/fuel for the wood burner. We provide hand towels, tea towels and bathmats BUT NOT BATH OR BEACH TOWELS, PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN.
