Apartment on cliff edge with fabulous views along 3 miles of Perranporth beach and out to sea as in the photograph above. Watch the surfers and the sea from the sitting/dining room and bedroom. Steps adjacent to Droskyn Castle down to the beach. The apartment has 2 generous sized bedrooms and a large living/dining room with a modern kitchen with dishwasher, washer/dryer, ceramic hob to cooker, fridge/freezer. Bathroom with shower over bath. Small double sofa bed in living room. Perranporth is 2 minutes walk away with good shops. There are good restaurants and the watering hole restaurant/pub on the beach is great. The apartment has a south facing patio and there is a communal bbq area in the grounds overlooking the sea and amazing sunsets. The coastpath goes past the property.
