The property can accommodate up to 5 people and has 3 bedrooms: a double, a single and a twin, as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also includes a sitting room incorporating a dining area and a fitted kitchen with another dining area and doors out on to the patio. The private secluded garden makes the most of the panoramic views and is supplied with outdoor furniture. There is dedicated off-road parking for up to 2 cars. Families are sure to love the proximity of the sea and beach. Newquay’s thriving surf scene offers many water sports opportunities for active holidaymakers, while the town itself offers a shopping centre, zoo, sea life centre and a selection of clubs, restaurants and pubs. Nearby Padstow offers more genteel pursuits and fine dining just up the coast. The Shack offers a fantastic place to stay at any time of year.

Electric convector heating. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, colour TV with Freesat, DVD, selection of books and DVDs. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Private secluded garden with panoramic views and furniture. One well behaved dog is most welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop, pub and beach 5 minutes' walk.

The beaches of Newquay are simply wonderful, the sand is golden and very gently shelves into the sea making them extremely suited to families with young children for whom safety is a concern. Newquay is a fairly large town with plenty of activities for tourists. Families may wish to take the opportunuty to visit Newquay Zoo during their holiday, go on boat trips or even learn to surf.
