Small patio to front of property with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 10 mins, pub 2 minutes' walk.

Lower Metherell is near the Tamar Valley and safe cycle and walking trails. Stay in a cottage for a family self-catering break in the Cornish countryside. There is planty to do for the whole family, pony trekking, birdwatching and sailing and beaches on the coast a short drive away. The nearest large town is Callington where self-caterers can stock up on supplies. There are lots of charming small Cornish villages to visit with granite houses and roses tumbling around doorways such as St Dominick, Gunnerslake and Morwell.

Lower Metherell is a village set in the Tamar Valley in Cornwall. The village offers character cottages and a pub. Close by is the village of Calstock with two pubs, a shop, art gallery and a 120 feet high viaduct. The National Trust property of Cotehele House is nearby and the city of Plymouth is well worth a visit.
