Set on the outskirts of the village of Goonhavern near to Perranporth in North Cornwall, Beech Cottage is one of five self catering cottages arranged around a courtyard. The cottage can accommodate up to 6 people and has three bedrooms: one double, one twin and one with bunk beds, as well as a family bathroom. The cottage also includes a well-appointed kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with an inviting wood burning stove. There is a private patio at the front of the property supplied with outdoor furniture and guests benefit from shared use of a lawned garden at the front, which includes a children’s playground and has BBQ facilities. There is designated off-road parking for up to three cars. Neighbouring cottages can also be booked allowing for groups of up to thirty people to stay in close proximity. The sandy beach of Perranport is just 3 miles from the cottage and the entire North Cornish coast awaits exploration, including the popular resorts of Holywell Bay, Crantock Sands and Newquay. This cottage provides a superb base for discovering Cornwall.

Radiators powered by boiler in owner’s property, additional heating from a woodburner in the sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, shared use of freezer, washing machine and tumble dryer (coin operated) in separate exterior utility room. TV with Freeview, video, DVD, radio, CD player, Wi-Fi, library of books, guidebooks, videos, games and DVDs. Electricity by meter reading (first £10 inc. in rent), starter pack of fuel for woodburner inc. in rent September - March inclusive. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Please bring own beach towels. Cot, highchair and stairgate available on request. There is private parking space for three cars. Private patio at front with furniture. Shared lawned garden at front with children’s playground and barbecue. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minutes' walk. Please Note: Land Rover taxi service available by arrangement with owner, to drop off and collect from different points on coastal path, or for two day unaccompanied excursions to Land’s End and The Lizard at cost of £15 per person, per day (minimum 4 people).

Goonhavern is a village three miles inland from Perranporth in Cornwall with a traditional inn, village shop and children’s playground. Perranporth has a beach which at low tide stretches to two miles long and is overlooked by craggy rocks.
