This extremely spacious barn nestles on the edge of the owners 260 acre dairy farm and is a short drive to the long sandy surfing beaches, sheltered coves and stunning cliff top walks which make the area famous. An ideal spot for a relaxing holiday you will also be ideally placed for touring the whole of Cornwall and Devon with attractions to suit all tastes which include the family adventure park The Milky Way, Clovelly with its cobbled streets, Bude with its glorious canal and beaches, Bodmin Moor with its history and much much more. Walk to the nearby Tamar Lakes with good fishing and water sports and in the evenings visit the nearby village of Kilkhampton, offering a range of traditional pubs and takeaways serving good food.

This recently refurbished barn conversion offers reverse accommodation pertaining five bedrooms: 2 doubles with en-suite and 3 twin rooms. Large family shower room and WC. Utility area with washing machine and freezer. The upstairs living area offers a farmhouse style kitchen with electric cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave, and breakfast area. Impressive 50ft lounge/diner with dining table to seat 10, pool table, fireplace with gas fire, TV, DVD, and a Nintendo Wii included, and also a small wash closet. Crossing the country lane you will reach two adjoining gardens, one being enclosed and gated, a central summer house and table, parasol and chairs. Gas barbeque available. Ample parking. Also included, bed linen, towels, electricity, central heating and Wi-Fi connection. 1 dog by arrangement. Beach 5 miles, pubs 2 miles and shops 3 miles. Arrival time 3.30pm. This is a perfect property for family get togethers or for a group of friends who want to spend some time together trying out the fabulous activities North Cornwall has to offer. Come and see us out of season, the roads will be free of all that summer traffic, making Cornwall even more beautiful.

With Lundy Island just offshore from Hartland, a wildlife paradise is close at hand too! You will be surprised how much you can explorewithin ½ hour’s drive. Although almost everybody knows about the fantastic surfing and watersport opportunities in Bude, but there are manymore activities to explore. How about walking, cycling, lots of other water activities, horse-riding, rock-climbing, abseiling, carting, fishing, golfing, pitch and putting, mountain boarding, ten-pin bowling, tennis, squash, badminton, field archery, and paint balling.

Good places to visit: Penhallam - The low, grass-covered ruins of a medieval manor house, surrounded by a protective moat. Museum of Witchcraft - Museum in Boscastle, housing the largest collection of witchcraft related artefacts in the world Lawrence House - Fine example of a Georgian town house. Owned by the National Trust, now used by Launceston Town Council as a museum and civic centre. Launceston Castle - Castle set on the high motte (mound) of a stronghold built soon after the Norman Conquest. Clovelly - offers picturesque cobbled streets leading down to the beautiful harbour, surrounded by magestic coastline. Take your time to stay a while, enjoy a meal and visit the popular visitors centre.
