A country cottage in woodland seclusion. Didcott is a semi-detached cottage located in the tiny hamlet of Church Coombe close to Redruth in Cornwall. The property is suitable for up to 3 people and has two first floor bedrooms: a double and a single as well as a ground floor bathroom with bath with shower over, basin and WC. The ground floor living accommodation includes a fitted kitchen, a dining room, a sitting room with a wood burner and a bright sun lounge with views over the garden.
- The garden is lawned and supplied with outdoor furniture.
- One well-behaved dog is welcome to accompany you during your stay.
- There is off road parking for 2 cars.
The lovely beach at Portreath is just a ten-minute drive away. There are many great walks tracing across the nearby Lizard Peninsula. Also close at hand are the coastal resort of St Ives with the Tate Gallery, the town of Falmouth and Land’s End. Didcott makes an ideal base for a break in Cornwall.

Storage heaters with additional heating from a woodburning stove in the sitting room. The kitchen is well equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, LCD TV with Freeview, DVD player, small selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and initial supply of fuel for woodburning stove included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is private parking space for two cars. Enclosed lawned garden to front with garden furniture. One well behaved dog is most welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Please Note: Children aged 13 years and over only please.
Redruth is a town at a juntion. Anyone travelling to the south of Cornwall needs to make a decision at Redruth about whether they turn right for Land's End or left for the Lizard Peninsula. This part of southern Cornwall is blessed with its lovely countryside. People come from far and wide to enjoy the wild flowers, coastal walks and even its geology.
