This holiday cottage has efficient gas central heating. In the kitchen there is a gas oven and hob, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x colour TVs with Freeview, DVD, video, radio, WiFI. Library of books, DVDs and videos. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. There is private parking space for two cars. Bike shelter/storage. Lawned garden to side and rear with furniture and barbecue. Use of two adult unisex mountain bikes available by arrangement with owner (at no extra cost). One day guest passes to Craxton Wood Hotel’s leisure club (pool, gym) included in the rent. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop 3 miles. Pub 1.5 miles. Please Note: Futon suitable for children aged 10 and under only. Please Note: WiFi is by way of a dongle, pre-loaded with 1Gb of data allowance. Neston is a town on the Wirral Peninsular that offers many shops, cafes and restaurants, and has a regular Friday market and a monthly farmers market. Neston is ideally located for a day out in Chester, Liverpool or Manchester and a reasonable driving distance to the North Wales coastline and the Snowdonia National Park.
