Located in the village of Alwalton, just four miles from Peterborough in Cambridgeshire, 14 Church Street is a delightful semi detached cottage. The property sleeps up to 5 people and has 3 bedrooms: one double bedroom, one twin room and a single room (accessed through the double). The remainder of the living accommodation is made up of two family bathrooms, a fitted kitchen, a dining room and a cosy sitting room with a wood burner. The large lawned garden is supplied with outdoor furniture and is great for families. There is off road parking for 3 cars.
The cottage is ideally located for visiting the charming towns of Stamford, Oundle and Oakham and the cathedral town of Peterborough is an easy drive away. 14 Church Street is an excellent cottage in a charming rural location.

The kitchen is fitted with an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer. TV with Freeview, DVD. All fuel and power included in the rent. Bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is private parking space for 2 cars. Enclosed garden with patio and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 5 minutes' walk.
