Delamere forest is located thirty minutes from Chester near the village of Frodsham, which is a small town with an array of delicatessens as well as inns and taverns. Its close proximity to Delamere forest makes it an ideal base from which to explore this area of Cheshire. This fabulous woodland, which extends for over nine hundred acres, is the largest forest in this county. As the name suggests there is a small lake in this forest where any pet visitor can enjoy a paddle.
