	Spring Cottage (England, Devon, Blackawton near Kingsbridge) Located in an area of outstanding natural beauty, Spring Cottage sits in a sunny corner of the courtyard of Sheplegh Court, originally a 19th Century country estate. The property is set in 30 acres and now consists of 17 apartments and cottages. The cottage sleeps 4 and has just been completely refurbished and has a new kitchen and bathroom.
