The Farthingwood Barn is in an idyllic country setting; go through the gate to find our friendly farm animals, duck pond, free range chickens, and a truly fantastic view. The spacious barn comfortably sleeps up to 6, and is perfect for families or couples who want that little bit extra on their self-catering holiday. We provide free livery for anyone who would like to take their horse on holiday with them.

Inside on the ground floor you will find a large kitchen/dining room, living room, shower and toilet and a bedroom which can be made up as either a twin or super king. Upstairs we have 2 large bedrooms one of which is the master double bedroom which has an ensuite toilet and bathroom plus another large bedroom which can be either a super king size or a twin.

Walkers' Farm Cottages a in the heart of Somerset with wonderful views over the Somerset levels and the surrounding hills. They lie in the quiet hamlet of Stathe between Burrowbridge and Stoke St. Gregory. Burrowbridge is where Arthur burnt the cakes!! 

Stabling and grazing available for DIY livery horses.  Trekking available on the Quantocks with horses and ponies with excellent area to ride on with a local contact.

The cottages are converted to the highest standards from stabling and farm buildings originally built in 1884 to provide superb quality short-term holiday lets. They are light and airy and come fully equipped to make your life comfortable. There are four cottages altogether. All bedding, sheets and towels are provided.
