Would you like to get away the hustle and bustle of life? Warren Lodges on the edge of the Minsmere Marshes in Suffolk will be a novel experience and real treat for you. The track to the lodges takes you away from the tarmac roads into the countryside looking out over the woodlands of the RSPB Minsmere bird reserve. Warren Cottage is a cosy and secluded two-bedroom woodman�s cottage in the South Herefordshire countryside, adjacent to the ancient Aconbury Woods. It offers easy access to the Black Mountains, Hay-on-Wye, the river Wye, great country walks a range of pubs. There is a well-stocked shop in the neighbouring village.

Warren Cottage has two bedrooms. The ground floor is predominantly open-plan with a low beamed ceiling. The recently installed kitchen is well equipped with a new cooker and fridge, a microwave and plenty of utensils. There is a dining area, a cosy corner with two comfy sofas and a Clearview wood-burner (the cottage�s main source of heat), a separate bathroom (with heated towel rail) and loo.

Upstairs is one double bedroom and a single room both with duvets and linen. Both have small electric radiators. When the cottage was bought it was in a state of disrepair. It has now been lovingly renovated and is available to rent to those who wish to enjoy its peaceful rural setting.

The cottage's owners live 100 yards away across the orchard in Warren Farmhouse and may provide fresh bantam eggs if they are available.

1, Stoodley Barn (sleeps 5) is the major part of an old, granite barn converted about 15 years ago and is full of character and charm. It is 600ft (190 metres) above sea level and the views are magnificent.

The accommodation comprises a lovely living room with a beamed ceiling and a large limestone fireplace. There is a downstairs WC and kitchen - both with beautiful views of the countryside. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms. The 2 smaller bedrooms have standard single beds, one with an extra pull-out bed. The main bedroom is cosy and comfortable with a normal size double bed, en-suite WC and was basin; there are panoramic views for 20 miles. The family bathroom and WC is also on this upper floor. Visitors have the benefit of the large southerly facing garden, and there is ample parking.
