Beautiful, character, stone cottage stands within its own large half acre garden, protected by mature shrubs, fruit trees and hedgerows, overlooking the River Tamar and only 12 miles from sandy and surf beaches of the North Cornwall coast and half an hour from either Dartmoor or Bodmin Moor.

Hill Cottage, graded 4 stars by the ETC, has been lovingly restored, retaining all its character and charm (handmade doors, wide wooden floorboards, beamed ceilings, picture windows)while providing guests with all modern creature comforts (central heating, high quality furniture, fittings and decor, fully equipped kitchen).
