A choice of two quite different self-catering properties on the wonderful Colmer Estate in Devon, with free use of Colmer’s superb leisure. These include swimming pools, tennis court, fishing lake, fitness suite, croquet and boules. The choice of accommodation is between a rather elegant and lovely apartment in a large Georgian house in a lawned garden and a stone-built Gamekeeper’s Hide. Both properties have a double and twin bedroom to sleep 4 people, although the Lawns can manage up to 5 and has room for a cot in the Master bedroom.

Colmer is located for easy access to Kingsbridge, Salcombe, Totnes, Dartmouth and Plymouth and is surrounded by picturesque villages, unspoilt countryside and beautiful beaches with Dartmoor and Torbay within easy reach.
