The
following 2 apartments/cottages are just a shortish drive
away from the NEC, Birmingham
The
Apple Loft and Acanthus Cottages are set in the grounds
of Peartree Cottage in Wilmcote. The village of Wilmcote
is in the heart of Shakespeare Country just three miles
from Stratford-upon-Avon and eight miles from Warwick.
Pear Tree Cottage is near the village green and looks
across a paddock towards MARY ARDEN'S HOUSE, the home
of Shakespeare's mother's family.
The
Apple loft cottage: This accommodation, for one or
two people, consists of a large sitting room, a separate
fully fitted dining kitchen, and a double bedroom with
ensuite shower and WC. This bedroom can be made up with
king-size or twin beds. The apartment is at first floor
level having a bright and airy aspect overlooking the
gardens and adjoining paddock.
The
Acanthus Cottage: The accommodation, for up to four
people, has a spacious Living/Dining area with cosy chairs
and a folding dining table for four. The modern fully-fitted
kitchen has a breakfast bar. The two bedrooms have double
beds (one can be made up as twin bedded if required) each
having their own ensuite bathroom - with bath, shower
and WC. The whole apartment is at ground floor level.

The kitchen is fully equipped but if you don’t feel like cooking there are plenty of award wining local restaurants, the nearest being a short 2 minute walk down Chapel Lane.
Bewdley also has an abundance of take aways and restaurants. The nearest shop and post office is just one mile away in the village of Far Forest. We look forward to seeing you, so just bring yourselves and we will take care of everything else.

Pretty 17th Century cottage opposite lovely 14th Century St Nicholas Church in the very centre of the historic little market town of Alcester. 2 big double bedrooms, pretty sitting room, good kitchen/dining room and efficient shower room.
The cottage has exposed beams and flagged floors.
There is a secluded courtyard garden with access to The Limes' garden which goes down to the river Arrow and fishing. Peaceful and full of light yet central - a country retreat in a town location.

Mill House Holiday Cottages are set in thirty acres of unspoilt countryside, rolling farmland, wild flower meadows, numerous quiet country roads and green lanes and footpaths on the Leicestershire and Lincolnshire borders, near Grantham, in a secluded valley abundant with wildlife such as kingfishers, buzzards, barn owls and badgers.
There is a rippling stream which passes the cottages and they are situated in 30 acres of grounds of the 17th century mill house which includes a wildflower meadow. Plenty of quiet spots to read a book and enjoy eating al fresco.
